Starting as a leasing agent, PM Jen quickly transformed underperforming properties into profit machines, progressing to portfolio management roles of 400+ unit multi family properties. Along the way, she mastered tenant screening, operational efficiency, and turnaround strategies. Armed with an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Penn State, PM Jen launched One Focus Property Management in 2012. Today, her company manages the largest residential real estate portfolio in the region, helping investors maximize returns with minimal stress.
